Passenger and baggage check-in begins in advance. Check-in time is 3 hours before the departure time for an international flight, 2.5 hours for a domestic flight. Check-in ends 40 minutes before the departure time indicated on the ticket.

Passenger and baggage check-in is carried out on the first floor of the terminal. The passenger must provide the ticket and the identification document, for which the ticket was issued, and other documents required by the legislation of the Russian Federation if necessary.

The passenger checks in his baggage and receives baggage receipts (according to which he/she will receive the baggage at the airport of arrival) and a boarding pass with all the necessary information (departure time and boarding gate number). A non-numbered "cabin luggage" label is attached to things transported in the aircraft cabin.

A separate service area is provided for Business Class passengers, which includes its own check-in counter, the security control point, and the lounge.
